Greenies have recently been in the news because of several health risks. In three years there have been 40 cases of problems with dogs and 14 deaths from obstructios. This is from over 9 million treats sold. This means that chances of your dog dying from one of these treats is less than 0.0000015%, chances for problems are less than 0.000004%. As with any chew treat their is a risk, but I feel that these do more good than harm if your dog eats them right. |
