Deposit Agreement

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Deposit required to hold a puppy is $100. This deposit is non-refundable.

If you put a deposit on a certain sex and/or color and the dog that you want is not available in the next litter, the deposit will be held for up to a total of three litters of pups.

If a deposit is placed on a pup that is already born, it will hold the pup for 30 days after the deposit is placed, or for one week after the pup is ready to go to the new home, which ever is the later date. If the pup is not picked up by the agreed upon date, the breeder reserves the right to sell the pup, and the depoist will be forfeited. If the pup can not be paid for on the agreed upon date, the deposit is forfeited.

Pups will be priced at 6-8 weeks of age, however will not be able to go to their new home till the age of 8-10 weeks at the earilest. Smaller pups will have to stay longer so that I can make sure they are healthy and ready to go.

All sales are subject to a check from your vet. You have 48 hours to complete this. If your vet finds a health problem, your money, less the deposit, will be refunded, if the pup is returned in the same health as when it left. In the unlikly event that this happens, you can place your current deposit on another pup of your choice.
