CONDITIONS
No stud fee will be refunded of any reason, in whole or in part. No guarantee is made of pregnancy or puppies, only of breeding. If the dam fails to conceive, I must be notified within 50 days of the last breeding. If the dam did not conceive and I have been properly notified, a return service of the same dam on her next heat cycle to the same stud will be offered at no additional charge.
If the stud is unavailable, I reserve the right to use another one of my studs for the RETURN service. If the dam is sold to another party, return service is my option. In order to prove if the dam is pregnant or not, the right for me to see and examine must be granted by the dam owner.
If pick of the litter option is chosen in lieu of a cash fee, my choice will be made at 6 weeks of age, however the right to see the pups within 2 days of birth is reserved by the stud owner. One puppy constitutes a litter, and if pick of the litter option was chosen, this will be my pick. If all puppies are born dead or die before six weeks of age, I have the right to a puppy by means of a return service of the same dam to the same stud. No cash fee is due in this event. If the same circumstances occur as a result of the second breeding, obligations of both parties of this contract are terminated.
The dam owner releases Susan McMillion from any and all liabilities and/or damages to said dam while she is in the care of Susan McMillion for breeding.
By this contract it is specifically agreed that the stud dog owner is not obligated to sign the application for puppy registration or registration of this litter, unti, the stud fee has been paid in full, or, in the case of a Pick of the Litter fee, the stud dog owner has taken possession of the puppy as agreed.
